Your privacy matters to me as much as my own. This policy explains, plainly and completely, what personal data I collect through victoriaravel.com, why, and what your rights are.

Who is responsible 
Victoria Ravel, independent companion based in Belgium, is responsible for your personal data. You can reach me at contact@victoriaravel.com.

What I collect 
Only what you choose to send me:
• through the contact form: your name, email address, the date and time you have in mind, your introduction, your wishes and how you found me;
• by email: your messages and, for new guests, the information you share for screening (for example a work email, a LinkedIn profile, an ID selfie or a reference);
• once a date is confirmed: your phone number, so we can communicate quickly.
I never ask for more than I need.

Why I use it 
• to answer your request and arrange our date;
• to screen new guests, for the safety of us both;
• to communicate before and during our date.
The legal grounds are the steps you ask me to take before an appointment, and my legitimate interest in safety and discretion.

How long I keep it 
Screening information (such as an ID selfie) is deleted as soon as screening is complete. Form submissions, messages and other details are kept only as long as needed for our contact, and deleted at the latest 12 months after our last contact.

Who else sees it 
No one. I never sell, rent or share your data, and I never use it for marketing. Two services process data on my behalf, only to make this possible:
• Wix, which hosts this website and the contact form;
• Proton, which provides my encrypted email.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, always under the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Cookies 
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies, which keep the site secure and working properly. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no social media pixels. That is why you see no cookie banner.

Security 
I protect your data with care: encrypted email, a secure website connection and as little stored information as possible.

Your rights 
You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Simply email contact@victoriaravel.com. If you feel your data has not been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

Adults only 
This website and my services are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. I do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes 
I may update this policy from time to time. The most recent version is always on this page.
