These terms apply to every request and every date with Victoria Ravel. By sending a request, you confirm that you have read and accept them.
 

1. Adults only 
My services are exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. By using this website, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
 

2. My services 
I am an independent companion. My rates are for my time and companionship. Everything between us happens between consenting adults, by mutual choice and within each other's boundaries. I keep the right to decline any request without giving a reason.
 

3. Screening 
New guests are screened once before a first date. Screening is required and not negotiable. Without successful screening, no date takes place.
 

4. Booking and deposit 
• A date is confirmed only once I have confirmed it in writing and the deposit has been received.
• The deposit is 30% of the rate, or 50% for bookings of more than one day.
• Travel costs for longer trips are paid in advance.
• The balance is due at the start of our time together.
• Requests made less than 48 hours in advance carry an additional fee of €300.
 

5. Cancellation 
• Deposits are not refundable, but can be transferred once to a new date within three months.
• If I have to cancel, for example because of illness or force majeure, your deposit is refunded in full or moved to a new date, whichever you prefer.
 

6. Rates and costs 
• Rates are fixed and not negotiable.
• The minimum booking is three hours. Extending on the night is possible if my schedule allows, at €400 per additional hour.
• All costs during our date (food, drinks, accommodation, tickets, transport) are covered by you.
• Travel costs are quoted per booking.
 

7. Health and conduct 
• Safer sex is always required, without exception.
• Good hygiene and respectful behaviour are expected.
• Photos, video or audio recordings are never allowed.
• If you are unwell, we reschedule.
I may end a date at any time if I feel unsafe or disrespected, if my boundaries are not respected, or if these terms are not followed. In that case, no refund is given.
 

8. Privacy and discretion 
Discretion works both ways. I never share anything about you or our time together, and I ask the same of you. How I handle your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
 

9. Liability 
I am not liable for indirect damage or loss. You are responsible for your own belongings and for any damage you cause during our time together.
 

10. Applicable law 
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
